Job Description :

1.Responsible for providing technical support to customers and cypress field engineers :

2.Answering customer questions on email/web based system/ telephone.

3.Development of product specifications and applications material usable by customers.

4.Level 2 application team address and resolve issues which level 1can not directly handle.

5.Should be prepared to support, design, software, systems and marketing in investigation and effective resolution of cases reported by cypress customers.

6.This is a level 2 customer facing position with level 1 directly handling customer calls.

Required Skills :

• Debugging and failure analysis skills.
• Knowledge/Experience in SW/FW/Applications for embeeded systems, C, C++ and assembly.
• Good Comminication Skills (Written and Oral).
• Knowledge of USB, 12c, SPI, SD, MMC, NAND etc.
